Mr Michael Paul

Chief Executive Officer

Michael Paul is the founder of PACK & SEND International and has been the CEO of the company since its incorporation in February 1993. Under Mr Paul's guidance and leadership, the company has developed an international retail network which was recognised in 2007 as the ‘Australian Franchisor of the Year’ by PricewaterhouseCoopers and the Franchise Council of Australia. In 2009, Mr Paul was appointed to the National Board of Directors of the Franchise Council of Australia.

Mr Nicholas Woodward

Business Systems Manager

Nicholas Woodward is involved in developing IT strategies for PACK & SEND International. He is responsible for the smooth running of the GlobalMaster™ packing and freight management software and manages projects involving new technology developments. Nicholas has a Degree in Business (Information Systems) from the University of Western Sydney and a Diploma in Business (Franchising). Nicholas joined PACK & SEND in 2005.

Mr Damien Lisney

Human Resources Manager

Damien Lisney is responsible for the continual development and training of people associated with the PACK & SEND brand. His responsibility includes the management of training programs and e-learning tools.

Mr Steve Holihan

National Marketing Manager

Steve Holihan is responsible for the implementation of Group marketing strategies and the development of sales and marketing resources. Steve’s business experience with the PACK & SEND operation includes 9 years as a successful store franchisee.

Mr Tim Robinson

Intellectual Property Officer

Tim Robinson oversees the management of PACK & SEND’s intellectual property globally, including the smooth running of the international intranet system. Tim has a Business Degree from the University of Technology, Sydney.
