PACK & SEND teams up with to facilitate the expansion of our franchise store network into an overseas territory. Becoming an International Development Partner could be your perfect opportunity to enjoy the benefits of being involved in replicating our successful brand in your own country.
PACK & SEND works closely and co-operatively with its International Development Partners to maximise the opportunity for local market success. The company has a systematic and planned international expansion strategy, which includes adopting a specific International Development Partner business model for each local market.
PACK & SEND selects one of two business partnership models for each country. These are:

International Master Franchise Partner
A Master Franchise Partner functions as the franchisor of the network in the local territory. They are licensed with the rights to lead and manage the growth of the PACK & SEND retail network throughout their country and have the contractual responsibility to the store franchisees in their appointed area.
A Master Franchise Partner will leverage from PACK & SEND's intellectual property assets, deriving income from their company-owned stores, the grant of franchise licences and the collection of royalties from PACK & SEND stores in their country.

International Area Development Partner
The Area Developer Partner functions as an agent for PACK & SEND International in the local territory. Unlike, the Master Franchise Partner, it is PACK & SEND International who has the primary contractual responsibility to the store franchisees in the local market.
The Area Developer Partner manages one or more of their own PACK & SEND franchise stores, but they also assume the exciting role of franchise store development and business consultant to local store franchisees to help them succeed. They work closely with PACK & SEND International to handle activities such as recruitment, training, local administration and marketing. Area Development Partners derive income from the operation of their own PACK & SEND store and other revenue streams (including upfront commissions and a recurring residual income stream) that come from ongoing revenue growth of franchise stores they develop and support in their appointed area.
The two International Development Partnership models above are different in their application and investment levels. However, they both feature the partnering of qualified people who can bring expertise from the local market and who also understand the benefits of combining this local knowledge with access to a world class business system underpinned by the training, guidance and support of a company that has experienced 18 years of franchising success.
